Policy

-When scheduling with Mama's Killer Cookies, we prefer a 2 week advance notice. Our schedule is liable to fill before then so the sooner the better in order to ensure that we are able to take your order.

-We are open to short notice orders if our scheduling allows. Additional fees may apply.

-Quotes and sketches are done for free, but they are exculsive to Mama's Killer Cookies and should not be taken to other cookiers to be done.

-A non-refunadable $50 is required for all orders to secure your spot in our schedule. 

-If the order ends up being canceled due to unforseen circumstances then this deposit can be used for a future order

-Where cancelation occurs due to illness or unforseen circumstances on MAMA'S KILLER COOKIES part that will affect the order, then a refund will be issued for balance paid (NOT deposit) within 7 days of cancelation, if balance is already paid.

-Balance is due upon pick up and it is the customers responsibility to ensure this is prodict they want to pay for before leaving the premises.

-Once product leaves, it is the customers responisbility to ensure that the product stays in the best condition. Follow the care card to ensure that that happens.

-Partial refund (excluding deposit) can be offered for return of uneaten product within 5 days of pick up.

-Taste and texture are subjective so refunds due to these instances are not available.

-Designs are final one week before pick up.

-Colors will not be exact to images and/or decor given the science behind it.

-All orders must be done in writing, calls can be taken but details and confirmations must be done via text or email.

-Sketches are the rough draft of designs and are subject to change. These sketches are to be approved before order is put in the schedule. 

-All products are made in a home bakery so cross contamination is possible but we work hard to keep things separate and ensure nothing is added to the product that is not already included

-We reserve the right to photograph and use images of product. No other details will be released about the customer.
