We are an at home bakery, so I am on my phone at all times and can usually respond to messages within 24 hours. I'd like to say that my set hours are 9-5, where I can be available for calls.
This is an at home bakery and I bake around flour all day, everyday. I cannot be gluten-free at this time.
I am unable to be nut free, dairy free, or egg free at this time. Again, this is an at home bakery so there is always a chance of cross contamination.
These custom cookies are made with: salted sweet cream butter, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla butter emulsion, baking powder, flour, water, powdered sugar and food coloring.
I ask that you order at least 2 weeks in advance and have finalized details (such as final number of cookies) set within a week of pick up/delivery.
Yes! I require a $50 deposit (price of one dozen) upon scheduling and approving sketches unless the order is only for one dozen. The rest is due upon pick up.
I can take cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash app.
While I ask for 2 weeks notice, I love baking people happy so I will do everything in my power to accommodate you unless I cannot physically complete the order. I may charge a fee for the late notice. This will be discussed beforehand.
Cookies will be packaged in a box that will have my branding put on them and they are individually sealed. Special packaging (such as bows, ties, etc) are available at an extra charge.
Cookies are good, heat sealed for up to 3 weeks. Keep the cookies at room temperature and out of sunlight to prevent "melting".
Cookies can be frozen in their packaging and an airtight container for up to 3 months. They will need to be thawed out overnight before being able to be used/ ate. DO NOT REFRIGERATE!! DO NOT MICROWAVE!!
